BlackBerry
 Yes. I am on the 'BlackBerry Hype'. I always said I wouldn't follow the crowd, "BlackBerrys are rubbish - They're too chunky - Only business people need them" But I gave in. Besides, who wouldn't accept a free BlackBerry if it was offered to them?

It's so useful to have as I can check my facebook and emails instantly. No need to rely on my computer, or wait to get home. I can also instantly chat to fellow BlackBerry users for free using Blackberry messenger, which is fun.

The joys of networking.

No notifications. No friend requests. Not even a poke. Who cares?! I'm still checking it :)

I find that I am probably easier to contact through facebook than, let's say, my school email or mail.

Facebook - possibly the world's top social networking site, has outdone Myspace, Bebo and Flickr. I remember declaring, once again, that I'd never join Facebook. "It's boring - Only adults use it - The layout is dull and I cannot change it"

But look where we are now. Over 500 million people are signed up. Including moi :)

It's illegal, but we all do it. One of the many processes in media that have saved us lots of money. I only download music, however. Movies and TV series' are media products that I still like to buy from the shops. Computing and software are not my forte, so I don't know how to use photoshop that well, or know how to create a website. I have made a short movie clip for fun once, editing it and adding credits and a title, adding background music. Nothing major.

 Television.

 Watching TV is not one of my regular tasks. I tend to miss programmes and forget to catch up. But if I really need to see a programme, I'll use 4OD or BBC Iplayer

I do follow TV dramas such as Eastenders, The Inbetweeners, and How I Met Your Mother.

I like the watch music videos, and play music on TV, but I mainly use YouTube 

Fifa 10. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Singstar. Some of my favourite PS3 games. I am not a regular consumer of PS3 games, but I do play them quite often. I also have a Nintendo DS and DSi. Usually I play PS3 when I want to play fifa 10 online with a friend, but once they leae, I find myself playing against the game for nearly the whole day. Recently I discovered I could play youtube videos using the PS3! :O haha

So I think as a media student, I am surround by all different forms of media and am still learning about the processes and products of different hardware.
